- Il Our service, highly characterized, offers a deepened study that it leave from the study of the product, with service of Co-Design till the complete planning of the software mould, taking advantage itself highly specialized. To use Cad-Cam software allows, us to execute covered tools with programming to three continuous axis, with fourth and fifth of positioning. The software currently used, is Top Solid of the Missler and Cimatron "E", of the Cimatron Corporate, in a position to importing formed coming other systems and to export in format step, iges and parasolid. Important is our pre-studies, that they come executed before the phase of planning. The purpose of this pre-study is that to find a positioning optimal of the figure or fines cavity, according to eventual movements of the parts of the mould, set in action mechanically and according to the injection points. These last ones become part according to a calculation executed by means of filling simulation cavity. Technology Rotation Mould, is taken advantage of external structures in order to start the procedure of the flow analysis, guaranteeing a corrected planning of the mould.
